The Nurse in Catheterization Laboratory must also be committed to continuous learning and professional development, staying current with the latest advancements in cardiovascular care and catheterization techniques. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) is required, and experience in a critical care or cardiac unit is highly preferred.
